Structure

Status
Gmedia Center is a non-profit Association governed by the Swiss Civil Code which provides for transparency and strict accountability. As such, Gmedia Center is politically neutral and non-denominational. Gmedia Center's headquarters are based in Geneva, Switzerland.

General Assembly
Gmedia Center is governed by a General Assembly which is the Association's supreme authority. All members are eminent personalities who have accepted to give their time to guide and supervise the activities of Gmedia Center.

Advisory Council
Gmedia Center’s Assembly anticipates the establishment of an Advisory Council, which would be composed of leading experts in fields of interest to Gmedia Center. Details will be published once the Assembly has finalized its decision.

Executive Committee
Within the framework set by the Assembly, Gmedia Center's operations are authorized and managed by the Executive Committee. The functions of the Executive Committee are to take all measures to attain the goals of the Association; to convene the General Assembly; to propose the admission of new members, the resignation of members, and the possible expulsion of members to the General Assembly; and to ensure the Statutes are applied, to draft rules of procedure, and to administer the assets of the Association.
